This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is intended to inform you of the types of information Rose Law Group, pc (“we” or “us”) collects, as well as our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of that information through the web pages at (the “Site”). The Policy does not apply to any website, application, or data owned by any entity other than Rose Law Group pc.

What Information Do We Collect?

As legal professionals, we are required by law to make disclosures of private information where we have knowledge of the intent to commit a crime.

In order to complete the work you engaged our firm to produce, your Personal Information may need to be disclosed to employees of our firm.


Currently, we only employ “cookies” for more accurate traffic analysis such as tracking the time/date of the visit, the page viewed and the referring website. This cookie retains some form submission details.

The data that we do collect is not stored in any individual website tracking profile and only serves to update aggregate counts allowing us to monitor site traffic.

At Rose Law Group pc, we take the protection of your confidential information very seriously.
